Furglade Shipping Policy

We offer free tracked standard shipping on eligible orders. The shipping options available for your location are shown at checkout.

We aim for orders to arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing time, destination, holidays, carrier operations, and unexpected delays can affect delivery.

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take some time to show its first carrier update.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@furglade.com immediately with your order number. We will try to correct it before dispatch, but address changes may not be possible after shipment.

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated period, email support@furglade.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and offer the option to accept a revised shipping time or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
